Day 1 : Assist at Airport
Arrival at 15:00. Meet and assist at airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 : Visit to Acropolis Archaeological - Acropolis Museum -
Monastiraki - Athens center
After breakfast we will visit Acropolis Archaeological Site starting
from the Propylae the gateway, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon,
Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens). We will stroll up to the
UNESCO-listed site that served as the ancient citadel and tour the
buildings as we hear how they reflected Athens’ prosperity in the
5th century BC. Continue the expert guided Athens sightseeing and
museum tour with a pleasant short walk passing by Herodion and
DionysosTheater, to visit the ACROPOLIS museum. Main attractions
such as votives, artifacts of everyday life, statues from archaic
period, Caryatids, and of course the Parthenon Hall with the
metopes, the pediments and the frieze will impress you.
We will continue our guided walking tour around the Acropolis
at Thiseion, Ancient Agora (Forum), Monastiraki and Plaka.
The afternoon is free to wonder around in the shops and cafes
at Athens center.

Day 3 : City tour - Panathinaiko Stadium - Zappeion and Temple of
Olympian Zeus
City tour by bus. We will begin our Athens half-day tour with a photo
stop at Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took
place in 1896. It is the only stadium built out of white marble.
Proceed, passing by Zappeion and Temple of Olympian Zeus. We will
then pass the Athens Trilogy which includes the University of
Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. Continue
passing by National Garden, Hadrian’s Arc, St. Paul’s Church,
Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schliemann’s House
(Numismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, Old Parliament,
Constitution Square, Russian Orthodox Church and a visit at
Lycabitus Hill. We will end our tour with a visit at the National
Archaeological Museum of Athens, which is the largest archaeological
museum in Greece and considered as one of the great museums in the
world. Here you will have the opportunity to admire the richest
collection of artifacts from the Neolithic times, the Cycladic
civilization, the Minoan civilization, the Classical and Hellenistic
periods and the Roman period.

Day 4 : Here 2 Options
Option 1
Day trip to Delfi (10 hours) First stop is a tour of the Delphi
archaeological site – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and easily one of
the most important digs in Europe. We will walk around the evocative
ruins with your guide, see famous monuments like the monument of the
Argive Kings, the treasury of the Athenians, the Athenian Stoa, the
Polygonal Wall, the monument of Platea and the Temple of Apollo
famous for its oracle. Second stop is Delphi Museum, with its
spectacular exhibits include the frieze of the Treasury of the
Sifnians, the Athena Pronaia Sanctuary, the Naxian Sphinx, the
Statue of Antinoos the metopes of the Athenian treasury, the famous
bronze Charioteer, originally created to commemorate a victory
during the 476 B.C. Pythian Games, and many other artifacts. For
sure we will see the bronze Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of
Naxos. Return to Athens passing by the picturesque mountain village
of Arachova, built on the south slopes of Parnassus, well known for
its attractive hand-woven carpets, rugs and quilts, as well as for
its wine and cheese
Option 2
Half day trip in the morning to Temple of Poseidon’s Temple at Cape
Sounion (6 hours) We will begin our Sounion tour with a drive along
the scenic coastal road which affords a splendid view of the Saronic
Gulf, passing through some of Athens most beautiful suburbs
(Glyfada,Vouliagmeni, Varkiza) and idyllic beaches. As we approach
Cape Sounion, one of Greece’s most photographed monuments, itrises
like a sheer cliff out of the sea. At Cape Sounion we will explore
Temple of Poseidon at your own pace, one of the most breathtaking
panoramic views in the world (on a clear day you can see at least
seven islands).The precipice is a sheer 197 foot drop to the sea.
The beauty of the surviving Doric columns has inspired many poets,
including Lord Byron who carved his name on one of the columns. This
half day excursion is a great option if you want to discover Greece
beyond Athens, enjoy stunning views and visit world famous Greek
ruins. Free time in the afternoon.

Day 5 : Temple of Poseidon’s Temple - Idyllic Beaches
Option 1 Free time in the morning. Option 2 Half day trip in the
morning to Temple of Poseidon’s Temple at Cape Sounion (6 hours). We
